Sarah K. Stapleton

Attorney

Sarah grew up in Wilmington, NC. She earned her B.S. in History at Methodist University and earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. While enrolled in law school, Sarah worked as an intern for the National Criminal Defense College, and as a law clerk for the Honorable Jason E. Ashford in Houston County State Court. Sarah began her legal career as an attorney with the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. She was an Associate Attorney with Moore, Johnson & Saraniti Law Firm, P.A. from 2020 until establishing the Stapleton Law Firm, PC in 2024.

Kathy D. Hane

Office Assistant

Kathy and her husband, Larry, moved to Murrells Inlet in 2004 from central Pennsylvania. She has 40+ years of banking experience. Following her retirement in 2020, Kathy chose to pursue part-time work in legal offices to fill her time in between rounds of golf. Kathy worked with Moore, Johnson & Saraniti Law Firm until their closing and the establishment of Stapleton Law Firm in 2024.

Nala Stapleton

Nala brings a unique blend of charm, comfort, and joy to the Stapleton Law Firm. With her calm demeanor and friendly nature, Nala helps reduce stress and fosters a sense of community among staff and clients alike. Nala's responsibilities include greeting visitors, participating in team meetings, and providing much needed treat breaks during busy workdays.
